You bring the client and the brief. We design, engineer, insure and run the robots — from concept to load-out — so you deliver an activation that makes you look brilliant.
No stitching vendors together. Our own robots, our own engineers, fully insured — a single partner accountable for the whole technical build.
We design, build and program every robot in-house — and our technical team runs it on-site. Nothing is subcontracted out or off-the-shelf.
Certificate of Insurance naming your venue or client, plus method statements and risk assessments for your production book.
Concept, engineering, install, live operation and strike — one accountable team, one schedule, one call. We can stay fully white-label.
Every robot, screen and show is customized and branded to the client’s world — colors, content and custom scenic builds.
Here's our most-booked system — the RoboBar — as a concrete example: power, footprint, install, crew, insurance and lead time. Every other robot and screen we run ships with its own full spec sheet — just ask for the tech pack.
A full toolkit for activations — each element engineered in-house and built to perform in front of a live crowd.
A robotic cocktail machine that pours, shakes and performs as the centerpiece of any launch, gala or brand activation.
Industrial arms reimagined as performers — lifting cameras, screens and talent for unforgettable stage moments.
Robotic camera systems that hand every guest a cinematic, social-ready video to share instantly.
Transparent LED, 3D matrices and kinetic LED art that turn any venue into an immersive environment.
Winch-driven kinetic chandeliers and moving light sculptures that transform ceilings and stages into living art.
Full creative direction, choreography and motion programming for launches, premieres and galas.
Custom robotic activations delivered end-to-end for the brands and studios our partners work with.
Yes. We regularly work behind the scenes as the technical partner for agencies, producers and production companies. You keep the client relationship; we design, engineer, insure and run the robotic elements — and can stay fully white-label if you prefer.
Yes. We are fully insured and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming your venue or client as additional insured on request, along with method statements and risk assessments for your production book.
Most systems run on standard power — the RoboBar uses a regular 20-amp outlet and its body passes through an ordinary doorway. We provide exact power, footprint and rigging specs for every element up front so you can clear it with your venue.
For the RoboBar, plan roughly three hours to install and program and about two hours to strike, all handled by our crew. You get a full load-in and load-out schedule for every activation.
Every activation is custom, so pricing depends on the equipment, scale, run time and creative. Send us the brief and we come back fast with a plan and a clear quote you can put in front of your client.
Fast. The RoboBar preps in about 1–2 days, plus delivery time depending on how far the event is from Los Angeles. Bigger custom activations need a little more lead, but we handle rush timelines regularly — last-minute bookings welcome.
Send us the brief — date, venue and what you’re picturing — and we’ll come back with a plan and a quote you can put in front of your client.
